They need plenty of love, rest, fresh water, quality puppy food, a warm dry place to sleep, and exercise.
Each puppy is sent home with a starter package including:
- Written Health Guarantee
- Puppy’s Health Records
- Microchip information
- Free Pet Insurance (as supplied with Microchip – Buyer must activate)
- Bed & Toy
- Puppy Food to last a few days
- Purebred Registration
Our 5 Year Guarantee
You must have your puppy checked by a licensed Veterinarian with 5 days of purchase. Failure to do so invalidates and voids this contract. Proof of exam must be supplied either electronically or via Canada Post.
The new puppy that you are purchasing is guaranteed healthy and free of communicable diseases at the time you take possession. If the puppy, within 5 days after the buyer takes possession, is found by a licensed Veterinarian to have a life threatening communicable disease the buyer must notify and return the puppy to Weylin Marsh uninjured and unharmed within 24 hours of diagnosis with your veterinarian’s written report and all supporting test results and documentation. (internal and external parasites, hypoglycemia, injuries received out of our care, illnesses caused by neglect or mistreatment, or conditions caused by a change in diet are excluded ). WeylinMarsh reserves the right to confirm the diagnosis at a Veterinarian of our choice. If the diagnosis is confirmed, WeylinMarsh. then agrees to refund the purchase price of the puppy. WeylinMarsh and its agents are not liable for Veterinary or other costs incurred. Failure to return puppy and your veterinarian’s written report, including all supporting test results and documentation within 24 hours of exam invalidates this contract.
Your new puppy is guaranteed to be free from congenital defects making him/her unsuitable as a pet for 5 years from its date of birth. If your puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects making him/her unsuitable as a pet within 5 years from its date of birth you must return the puppy and supply us with your veterinarian’s written report and all supporting test results and documentation within 7 days of diagnosis. WeylinMarsh reserves the right to confirm the diagnosis at a Veterinarian of our choice. If the diagnosis is confirmed, WeylinMarsh then agrees to replace the puppy with one of equal value and same sex as soon as available. WeylinMarsh and its agents are not liable for Veterinary or other costs incured. Failure to return puppy and supply us with your veterinarian’s written report and all supporting test results and documentation within 7 days of diagnosis invalidates this contract. WeylinMarsh is not responsible for any expenses incurred, including veterinarian, shipping expenses for returning or sending the new puppy or any other puppy related expenses.
Your puppy has been on a worming and vaccination schedule recommended by our Veterinarian when you receive it. It is very important that you provide this information to your veterinarian immediately. Worming and vaccinations must continue as per our Veterinarian’s recommendations, including yearly boosters, or contract is void.
The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy and provide adequate food, water, housing, and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow WeylinMarsh’s recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care.
Your puppy is sold under a Non-Breeding Agreement. Spay/Neuter must be performed between 6 and 9 months of age. Your puppy’s Purebred Registration will be supplied to Owner once it is received from the Registration Body. Proof of Spay/Neuter must be provided via scanned PDF or mailed copy to WeylinMarsh. Failing to provide proof of Spay/Neuter voids this contract. No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, or breeding ability. We have given your puppy lots of love, care, and attention. He/she will need the same from you.
If at any time in the life of your puppy you find yourself unable to care for it please contact us to return your pet as we do not want our puppies to end up in the shelter system
We are unable to allow returns of puppies for cash reimbursements except under the terms of this agreement as we are unable to ensure the level of care that the puppy receives once it has left our possession. WeylinMarsh’s and its agents are only liable for the value of there original purchase price of the puppy.
The buyer agrees to allow the release of their personal information contained below to 24 Petwatch and their affiliates in exchange for the Gift of Pet insurance in addition to the Dog Food company and their affiliates in exchange for the puppy food in the Puppy Kit sent home with each puppy.
WeylinMarsh and it agents are bound by this agreement to Original Buyer only. If possession of the puppy has ever changed the contract is void.
